Precision principle of non-interference in the manufacture and use of the precision of the guide rail does not affect each other to easily get higher precision. For example, the straightness of the rectangular guide rail and the straightness of the side guide rail do not affect each other during manufacturing; the change of the transverse dimension of the flat-V guide rail will not affect the working accuracy of the guide rail.
The geometric accuracy, motion accuracy and positioning accuracy requirements are high precision linear guide (such as CNC machine tools and measuring machine guide), in the design should follow the following principles:
1. Error compensation principle to meet the following three requirements, so that the rail system to achieve mutual error compensation:
(1) The intermediate elastic link must be set between the guide rails, such as the rolling body plastic belt (sheet) or fluid film.
(2) There should be sufficient pre-tightening force between the rails to compensate for the contact error.
(3) The manufacturing error of the guide rail should be less than the deformation of the intermediate elastomer (element).
2. Precision non-interference principle When manufacturing and using the precision of the guide rail does not affect each other to obtain higher precision. For example, the straightness of the rectangular guide rail and the straightness of the side guide rail do not affect each other during manufacturing; the change of the transverse dimension of the flat-V guide rail will not affect the working accuracy of the guide rail.
3. Principle of close to dynamic and static friction factors When designing the guide rail pair, the dynamic and static friction factors of the guide rail contact surface should be as close as possible so as to obtain high repeated positioning accuracy and low-speed stability. Rolling guide rails, ordinary sliding guide rails with plastic plates or plastic sheets have small friction factors and close static and dynamic friction factors.
4. The principle of automatic attachment of guide rail pair must make the guide rail pair have the characteristic of automatic attachment in order to make the guide rail pair have high precision. The horizontal guide rail can be attached by the weight of the moving member; other guide rails must be attached with spring force or roller pressure.
5. All contact principle The length of the fixed guide rail must ensure that the moving guide rail is in contact with the full length of the fixed guide rail at the two limit positions of the maximum stroke (not exceeding the fixed guide rail), so as to ensure that the guide rail pair is always in full contact during the contact process.
6. Compensation force deformation and thermal deformation principle When the guide rail and its supports are subjected to force or temperature changes, when designing the guide rail and its supports, strive to make it become the required shape after deformation. For example, the beam guide rail of the gantry machine tool is made into a medium convex shape to compensate for the bending deformation caused by the weight of the spindle box (or tool holder).
