Shaanxi Sinot Precision Technology Co., Ltd. is a combination of a technical team with many years of practical experience in linear guide rail production and a technical team from Taiwan. At present, there are 80 front-line workers and technicians. Our company was established in September 2017. It is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of precision stainless steel guide rails and silent series sliders, integrating independent research and development, manufacturing and sales. As an important part of rolling parts, linear motion guide is widely used in automation devices, precision measuring instruments, electronic semiconductors, medical equipment and other linear transmission fields.
In order to improve product quality and accuracy, our company has purchased Taiwan high-precision guide rail grinders and slider grinders. The accuracy has been upgraded from the original C (ordinary level) to the current P (precision level) surface grinder. The original manual grinder has replaced the current CNC surface grinder, which not only improves accuracy but also improves efficiency.
Since its inception, the company has been guided by the international market, invested a lot of money to purchase imported equipment, and introduced advanced and scientific production lines and testing equipment. Through the unremitting efforts of technology, we have independently developed and produced the registered trademark of SNT micro mute series slider. Has a number of patents. Products exported to Southeast Asia, the European market, as well as to provide Mismi labeling production.
